Pay as you go contract

Billed biweekly as time is used. Support is billed as 15 minute per use minimum. (Minimum charge applies to first billing and may represent a credit until sufficient time is used to meet the minimum charge).

$150 hr (No Obligation no minimum)
$125 hr (10 hours used in 1 year commitment $200 min charge)
$120 hr (20 hours used in 1 year commitment $200 min charge)
$115 hr (40 hours used in 1 year commitment $200 min charge)
$105 hr (80 hours used in 1 year commitment $200 min charge)
$95 hr (120 hours used in 1 year commitment $200 min charge)

If full commitment is not fulfilled the hourly rate changes to the rate met in the contract period and minimum charge may then apply.

Regular Contracted

Billed biweekly as time is used with quarterly minimum of 1/4 of total payments of contract total. Support is billed as 15 minute per use minimum.

$130 hr (10 hours used in 1 year commitment - Payable in Advance)

Onsite Setup, Development & Training
Get started on the right foot from the start. Our on-site support and training guarantee you are up and running with your data from the start. Call for scheduling. Weekend and evening programming available at slightly higher rate.

Travel Rate Per Day
Travel is billed at half rate when less that 4 days are scheduled*. (If travel and work are on same day the day rates are prorated accordingly)

*Travel Fees waived if 4 or more consecutive days are scheduled (Air fair and accomodations not included).

Travel Expenses
All expenses related to travel are additional to the published rates. Call for scheduling options. Advance notice, flexibility of dates effect air fares and accomodation rates.
