Program/Major tracking - lets administrators design a program / major containing specific courses that must be completed. At a click from the student screen a students chosen program/major can be viewed and printed showing what is completed, in progress and taken, as well as what is needed.

Academic Requirements - Each student can be defined to meet a specified set of academic requirement areas. Classes passed that fulfill more one or more areas show on each students requirements as having met the units that course was defined to meet. Each course can have one or an unlimited number of areas and units that course meets. Unce completed each students requirements are automatically updated. Each students' personal requirements can be modified to allow a custom set of requirements per student to meet IEP requirements.

Transcripts - Our flexible transcript printing system lets us create transcript format to mee your specific needs. Our transcripts can include a students academic requirements, separate areas for general course separate from other activities. Student transcript data can even be exported as large blocks to be mail marged into Word.

Accoutning - is a debit and credit style accounting system which allows posting of charges and payments. Payments are auto balanced against olded charge. Statements can be printed showing all payment with running totals or a receipt which shows postings of the day with prior balance. Access to the accounting area is controlled through each users permission setup for secure data.

History log supports an unlimited number of entries per student documenting the student. Users can add history entries which are time stamped and displayed chronologcally for quick reference. Perfect for noting when calls were made, letters sent and action were taken for proper documentation. History log can include storage of any file format for keeping a complete folio of items which can be accessed by anyone with proper rights and does not need network access to the original files of a network server.
