School RecordKeeper
Our standard offering manages k-12 schools and colleges using standard course scheduling prodecures, transcripts and student, contact data storage.
School RecordKeeper AE (Alternative Education)
Based on School RecordKeeper but highly customized for the Alterntive High Schools and Home Schooling Systems. Will rolling enrolment in courses and extremely detailed tracking of student logging for library books, correspondence, badge scannign attendance, detailed logging in course activity, AEP and student improvement tracking, monthly progress reporting and much more.
Apprenticeship Tracker
Designed to manage a union construction training facility and handle the application process through training, re-rating, citations, detailed accounting features and book accounting and collections. Apprenticeship tracker is manages on citations, LOA, work hours, class hours, block based progress to journeyman. This version has a detailed accounting interface to quickbooks which is not present in the tradesman version. The apprenticeship tracker has a week based scheduling assitant to help schedule apprentices needing specific courses.
School RecordKeeper TM (Tradesman)
Based on the Apprenticeship tracker version for managing training of construction apprentices; this version is focused more on the non union side of apprenticeship training. Designed to hande dispatching in house and a stonger contact management system to manage related businesses, school relations, contruction companies and those that interact with the school. School RecordKeeper Tradesman has a program based scheduling assistand designed to schedule apprentices for whole programs per term which may include multiple courses components.
